Felicia practices construction law and related commercial litigation.

Before joining Advocates in 2022, Felicia completed her articles and practiced with a national business law firm in Ottawa.

Felicia’s practice includes advising clients on all aspects of construction law, from pre-construction tendering issues, to contract negotiation, to course of construction risk management, through to litigation or arbitration.
